Initial consultation
I offer a free initial consultation to explore your needs, answer questions, and discuss whether we feel like a good fit to work together. This conversation typically lasts 15-20 minutes and can take place by phone, video call, or in person.
During this consultation, we can discuss:
- What brings you to therapy or supervision
- How I work and what you can expect from sessions
- Practical details such as session frequency, location, and fees
- Any questions or concerns you may have
There is no obligation to proceed with therapy following the consultation. It's simply an opportunity for us both to get a sense of whether working together feels right.
Location and session format
I offer flexible session options to suit your needs, with appointments available across Fife, Dundee, Tayside, and online throughout Scotland.
Fees
My fee for both therapy and supervision sessions is £60 per hour.
I understand that cost can be a barrier to accessing support, and I do offer the option of a reduced rate where appropriate. If this is something you would like to discuss, please feel free to raise it during your initial consultation—there is no obligation and no judgement.
Fees apply equally whether you attend face to face in Kirkcaldy or Dundee, or online.
